Matthias Exner has been Henze's new Head of Production since mid-September. Andreas Rettinger, who has been working for the company as Key -Account Manager for more than eight years, will be taking over his former position as Head of Sales.
Matthias Exner started working at Henze BNP as Head of Technical Sales a good 10 years ago. He was responsible for setting up the sales team internationally, in addition to adding the areas of product management and marketing.
In his new role, the qualified industrial engineer will be responsible for process development and costing, mechanical production, structuring and optimisation of production processes and product management.
"I am looking forward to growing in my new position, getting to know and learning new things, working with the team and expanding our value creation through new production processes," Matthias Exner says.
