With the new Netzsch dissolver, batches of up to 1500 l can be produced at a go. Production control and process monitoring have been improved, and powder feeding and cleaning are now semi-automatic. Sensor-controlled temperature measurement increases production reliability, and hydraulic lifting/lowering devices facilitate operation and filling. "With the new dissolver, we can increase our production volume, thereby meeting our customers' growing needs," Matthias Exner, Production Manager at Henze BNP, is happy to say.
