Boron Nitride Coating
HeBoCoat® PL-E 125* is a boron nitride coating in an ethanol base with the addition of inorganic binders. This coating offers very high adhesion, even at high temperatures, on a variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics and graphite. The ethanol base ensures excellent surface wetting of the substrate as well as quick-drying. The use of pure boron nitride ensures that the resultant coating provides excellent release and lubricating properties, thus reducing wear and other unwanted reactions between adjoining surfaces.
